Join a level 1 course, which we generally run twice a year at each venue.
However, we do recommend our entry level course to all, as it’s not just ‘the basics’ but an entire block of sports dog foundations.
From helping you understand your dogs movement, supporting their physical strength and building a solid bank of skills such as targeting front and rear, luring and. reverse luring to heelwork - our foundation course will support you in any obedience related discipoline.

At club we bring together the foundations from your entry level class and build up you and your dogs skillset in the behaviours not only needed for competition, but to look cool on socials and most importantly to enjoy with your dog!

As our club is a 4 weekly affair we do circle back to topics and are always keen to build skills our students want to focus and improve on.
Our club focusses on Kennel Club Obedience, which is easily accessible to compete in through summer, and FCI Obedience which is new to the UK. We are currently the only club in Scotland offering FCI skills based learning.

Alongside our level 1 and club, we have regular social meets available each month. At these meets we focus on FCI obedience skills, generally working in pairs or singularly to maximise peer to peer support.

Our Social meets are just that - a social affair. The class trainers do not teach or plan the meets; we bring the full equipment and train our dogs alongside our fellow peers. Of course, advise is shared, rules discussed but there is no teaching done - this is what our club is for.
Social meets cost £5 per dog and the payment goes into funding equipment for the club.
GDO club meets in Chryston, just of the M80 for our regular club. We attend Kennel club shows across the central belt, and FCI competitions and seminars across the UK. Our focus is equally split between KC and FCI.
We meet in Kirkintilloch and Dalmuir - both public locations, inside public parks.
